Sustainability – Going Beyond Net Zero or “Race to Zero”

We want to be the best company we can possibly be. We want to leave a positive legacy for the people we work with, the communities we operate in, and the world in which we live.

In 2021,

ALJAZERA launched a sustainability strategy that the company calls "Environment." The strategy addresses the three areas that are most important to Jazera's business: the environment, materials, and communities. Reaching Beyond Net Zero Carbon.

We want to enhance our impact on the environment, working with our supply chain partners and customers to ensure that our choices are sustainable.

These ambitions are just a first step toward our ultimate vision of creating a world beyond waste where we can feed a hungry planet for generations to come.

Advancements in technology have made it possible to design, build, and maintain efficient and sustainable infrastructure projects.

Government and private sector customers require their projects to comply with industry standards such as BREEAM & LEED etc..
Their requirements are important to the planning authorities. In the past five years, we built a foundation, during which unprecedented reforms were made in the public sector’s operating model, the economy and society as a whole.

We are working toward certifications in this area and our technical experience is improving the whole-life performance of customers'-built assets. We want to do more than just meet industry standards; we want our customers to benefit from sustainable infrastructure that will help them reduce their operating costs while providing better quality of life for the people who use it.
